Elizabeth Acosta is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience working with adolescents, families, and children. Elizabeth has work with individuals living with anxiety, family issues, trauma, depression, domestic violence, and school-based concerns. Elizabeth utilizes a holistic approach based on her clients’ needs and individualized goals.

Elizabeth obtained her Master of Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at El Paso. Elizabeth has provided services at a community church in El Paso, providing grief counseling, counseling for women and children who have experienced trauma. Elizabeth has provided services for families whose children are experiencing school-based concerns, providing resources and support.

Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas (License 68656). Elizabeth believes counseling is a personal journey that requires self-evaluation/reflection to understand its impact on reaching the clients’ goals.
