Victoria Grey LCSW

I am an empathetic, caring, and supportive person by nature, which led me to the helping field. I am very dedicated to the work I do, the clients I serve, and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over fifteen years. I strive to help clients achieve renewed well-being through understanding, trust, genuine connection, and respect. I am compassionate in assisting clients move past issues such as trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors, to name a few. I truly care about people, and do all I can to help.

I use a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Client-Centered, and Strengths-Based therapies, among others.  I believe in clients emerging healthier and stronger through reflective solutions created together.  I have worked in a broad array of healthcare settings, serving children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

My emphasis is helping clients reach their highest potential by removing barriers that are blocking success, to bring about improved well-being. I consider serving my clients to be both a privilege and an honor, and would gladly assist you.  Sometimes, reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. I am here to assist and serve you any way I can. I look forward to the opportunity to help you with the challenges you are facing.
