For the last 10 years, I have treated clients with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges such as depression, anxiety, trichotillomania, anger problems, relationship problems, parenting issues, and academic problems. I enjoy working with young children, adolescents, and families. The treatment modalities that I employ most often are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy.
I truly believe that people can achieve happiness and fulfilment through mental and physical health. Because I have a strong passion for helping others, I strive to create strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I enjoy working with people whom are motivated to change and whom make an honest effort to accomplish their goals. To facilitate change, I strive to provide a safe, trusting environment characterized by warmth, acceptance, and empathy.

I tailor interventions, goals, and objectives to fit each client’s particular behavioral, psychological, social, emotional, familial, or academic challenge.
